Communication services are used.
You agree to use the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website’s bulletin board services, chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities (collectively, “Communication Services”) only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. You agree that, as an example but not as a restriction, when using a Communication Service, you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise infringe on other people’s legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights).
- Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any topic, name, content, or information that is improper, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or illegal.
- Upload files containing software or other content that is protected by intellectual property laws (or by privacy or publicity rights) unless you own or control the rights to it or have gotten all relevant consents.
- Upload files that include viruses, damaged files, or other similar software or programs that might harm another’s computer’s functionality.
- Unless the Communication Service explicitly authorizes such messages, you may not advertise or offer to sell or acquire any products or services for any commercial reason.
- Surveys, competitions, pyramid schemes, and chain letters should all be conducted or forwarded.
- Download any file submitted by another Communication Service user that you know, or should reasonably know, cannot be legally transmitted in this manner.
- Falsify or remove any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, proprietary designations or labels indicating the origin or source of software or other information in an uploaded file.
- Any other user’s ability to use and enjoy the Communication Services is restricted or inhibited.
- Any code of conduct or other standards that may be applicable to a specific Communication Service are violated.
- Without their permission, harvest or otherwise acquire information about individuals, including email addresses.
- Any applicable laws or regulations are broken.
- The Communication Services do not need to be monitored by Compassion Care Pty Ltd. However, Compassion Care Pty Ltd maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to review items submitted to a Communication Service and to delete any contents. Compassion Care Pty Ltd has the right to suspend or cancel your access to any or all Communication Services at any time and for any reason.
Compassion Care Pty Ltd maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to disclose any information as necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.
When sending out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service, always exercise caution. Compassion Care Pty Ltd has no control over or endorsement of the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service, and as a result, Compassion Care Pty Ltd expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the Communication Services and any actions taken as a result of your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not Compassion Care Pty Ltd spokespersons, and their opinions do not necessarily reflect Compassion Care Pty Ltd’s.
Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may have usage, reproduction, and/or distribution restrictions. If you download the contents, you are responsible for adhering to these restrictions.
Materials that have been supplied to Compassion Care Pty Ltd or that have been uploaded on any of Compassion Care Pty Ltd's websites.
Compassion Care Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of any items you provide to Compassion Care Pty Ltd (including feedback and recommendations), or that you post, upload, input, or submit to any Compassion Care Pty Ltd website or its related services (collectively “Submissions”). By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you are granting Compassion Care Pty Ltd, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicenses permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses, including the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, reformat, and publish your name in connection with your Submission.
There will be no monetary remuneration for the use of your Submission as described below. Compassion Care Pty Ltd is under no obligation to post or utilise any Submission you may submit, and Compassion Care Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any Submission at any time at its absolute discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section, including all rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submissions.

There may be inaccuracies or typographical mistakes in the information, software, goods, and services included in or available through the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website. The material on this page is updated on a regular basis. At any moment, Compassion Care Pty Ltd and/or its suppliers may upgrade and/or alter the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website. The likelihood of damages has been communicated to suppliers. Termination / Restrictions on access Compassion Care Pty Ltd retains the right, at any time and without notice, to terminate your access to the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website and related services, or any part thereof.
Any country that does not give effect to the parts of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph, is prohibited from using the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website. As a consequence of this agreement or your use of the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website, you agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Compassion Care Pty Ltd.
The performance of this agreement by Compassion Care Pty Ltd is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing in this agreement limits Compassion Care Pty Ltd’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Compassion Care Pty Ltd website or information provided to or gathered by Compassion Care Pty Ltd with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
The remainder of the agreement will stay in force if the new provision most closely reflects the original provision’s objective. Unless otherwise stated, this agreement contains the entire agreement between the user and Compassion Care Pty Ltd with respect to the Compassion Care Pty Ltd Website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Compassion Care Pty Ltd with respect to the Compassion Care Pty Ltd Website. A printed version of this agreement, as well as any notice given in electronic form, will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to this agreement to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records generated and maintained in printed form. The parties indicate their desire for this agreement and any relevant papers to be written in English.
